Signs and Billboards
Had I only seen the road signs
I would have made the turn
Avoided the terrible potholes
Known the bridge was weak
Had I only read the billboards
I would have known what to buy
Shopping would have been easier
Faster than I could rhyme
I wish my life had road signs
Then I would have been strong
How I wish my body had billboards
Then I could have read the signs.
